9. Refunds
All requests for refunds must be submitted within a timeframe of 72 hours from the initial purchase date by sending an email to [email protected]. Must include (1) subject: Refund Request - Baby; (2) reason for refund request and (3) full name used on Thinkific. Failure to adhere to the above stipulated requests may result in the forfeiture of refund eligibility. The submission of a refund request via email constitutes acknowledgment and agreement to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Refunds shall be processed on our end within 3 business days. All approved refunds will be partial, with the fees deducted.
9. Applicable Law
The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of The United States of America. Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. S&B Organizing Courses may assign its rights and duties under the Terms of Use without notice to any party at any time.
10. Effective Date and Updates
The Terms are effective as of March 24, 2024, and are subject to change without notice by S&B Organizing Courses at any time. By enrolling and participating in Materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms of this document. Please check for changes regularly.
